I have to have my arms covered at night so my breath doesn't irritate my arms.

Yes, my skin too , it's the nerve endings under your skin. Good manual to get, Fibromyalgia and Myofacial Pain Syndrome. Get the green cover. Used it in teaching classes for 3 years. It covers everything.
