I don’t get this often. The last time was around November of last year and I have it again now. My eyebrow area is tender to touch and a pressure feeling behind eye. Just on the right side though. I’ve already had two MRIs, and multiple eye tests with everything coming back negative. Even tried a nerve block and different headache medication to see if that would help but nothing did. It finally went away after a few weeks but now it’s back.

Members connected over experiencing one-sided eye and eyebrow pain, with many sharing that their tests (MRIs, CT scans, eye exams) came back normal despite debilitating symptoms, leading doctors to diagnose cluster headaches or migraines. Several members described similar patterns of sharp pain, pressure, and tenderness that can persist for weeks or years before mysteriously stopping and returning later, with one member sharing that Maxalt wafers helped their migraines but not the eye pain, while another found relief using Vicks around the eye area to address possible sinus involvement. A recurring theme was the frustration of being told everything looks great when symptoms feel anything but, balanced by solidarity in knowing others truly understand this confusing and painful experience.

@A MyFibroTeam Member it really is! It’s so frustrating to deal with. Especially dealing with the random symptoms and having doctors say everything looks great even when you don’t feel great at all

Try something a small amount of Vick’s rubbed all around eye but not too close also on eyebrow and temple Eye will water and nose may run but it’s ok as long as Vick’s not too close on bottom Put on high part of cheekbone and occipital bone It has worked for me because u have sinuses above your eyebrow and below your eye and it could be that

Yes! I have also had the MRI's done, CT Scans, Lumbar Puncture to rule out anything serious and it all points to migraines. Reallt frustrating to hear that but thankfully nothing serious. You are not alone I suffer from this almost daily since mid February.
