Chest Tightness

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Ashland, OH

I'm feeling like I am wearing an elastic shirt. Tightness in my chest. I've been sitting a lot at the computer and just in general, so I figure that's the cause. It is usually worse when I'm standing up. I feel like I'm not breathing right, but if I "freeze frame" and pay attention, it's not really different. Any suggestions?

It sounds a lot like costochondritis. It usually feels like a really bad ache in your chest muscles and sometimes a tight feeling. When it gets really bad you can think you’re having a heart attack. If you google the symptoms for this and you match up with it, I highly recommend giving a super b complex supplement a shot. These have helped me extremely with this symptoms. Good luck to you 💙
