A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else have constant tingling in arms and legs? Also I feel like when I walk around the block my pain gets better but not long after my pain gets worse for a while? Does anyone deal with either of these things? I feel like I have so many questions right now while I’m patiently (impatiently) waiting on my next video appointment next week with rheumatologist.

When I sit I have a very high back computer chair that I sit in. I place it in the highest position to that my feet and legs are fully extended. This helps with the pain in my back, shoulders and legs. Also helps with the swelling in my feet. I too have fibro

I have severe pain and tingling in my feet from Fibro with neuropathy I have tried Gabapentin and only works for so long. Going back on Lyrica. Having to use the name brand as the generic doesn’t work. Waiting for it to get here in the mail. The Fibro with neuropathy is terrible. Don’t know what else to do.

I haven’t been on the website in awhile. Been really depressed.

Yes It did wonders for a while but had to keep up dosing and then it stopped working. Sometimes if I stay off it a long time and start again it helps for a while and then not again. But it’s worth trying.
