Some of the medications they give us to treat Fibromyalgia can cause nightmares. Any drug that can affect the brain can cause nightmares and possibly parasomnia events. Anxiety and depression can cause nightmares as well.
Unfortunately Back Pain is a symptom of Fibromyalgia and ribcage pain and back ribcage pain as well as breast pain could also be Costochondritis.
Nightmares could be from the medication that you are taking might be an idea to see your Doctor and get your medication changed.

It certainly can be sweetheart. @A MyFibroTeam Member Anxiety makes lots of things worse.
And Fibro seems to invite anxiety along for the ride. So sorry you have to deal with that nasty. Many gentle hugs and love.
