You might try pressing the trigger points at the base of your skull and the trigger points in your neck. It will hurt like hell but doing brief presses then waiting a minute or so and repeating can help control the pain in the head. It's an ugly choice, intense pain for a few seconds or long term pain that will make you absolutely miserable. Sorry and hope you feel better.
Yup, my pain started in my cervical spine/neck. Sometimes I feel like my head is too heavy to hold up!

yep,sounds like me. The trigger points at the base of my skull bother me the most. I got myself a neck massaging pillow for those times and it's a godsend!! (plus I don't have to ask the hubby to rub my neck AGAIN lol)
Yes my pain is worse from sciatica area right up my spine through my shoulder, up my neck and up the back of my neck, ive been told i have arthritis in both shoulders with wear and tear i my top spinal disc x i get a feeling that my neck could snap off or the pain can trigger migrains or i feel my body cant take the weight and i need to lie down ๐
