Hand And Finger Joint Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anybody has hand and finger joint pain? I can't write anymore and have trouble cutting vegetables. The pain is worst on the base of my thumbs. I don't have swelling or redness on my joints.
I'm really tired of this disease, can't do the things I love to do..

Try aspercream with lidocaine. If your run your hands under hot water then apply the cream it takes the edge off sometimes

I found an electric food chopper yesterday, in a charity shop, that should help somewhat with chopping veggies. Not the big ones though, I can't cut up, or even peel a Swede, unless I buy it already prepared.

Soak your hands in really warm/hot water. My stiffness seems to find a finger and area that hurts one day and the next day it's some other finger.

Yes! Is worse when the weather changes. I have resorted to wearing compression gloves at night.
