I have that sometimes. Sometimes it's so bad I cant even handle water from the shower on my skin.

Have you tried Tonic Water? It has Quinine in it. Quinine is often prescribed after surgery to stop muscle spasms. It doesn't matter if you get a cheap no-name brand because all Tonic Water has it. Try drinking a glass before bed every night. I personally hate the taste of it! Yuck!! Lol! It's much cheaper than a prescription! Oh.. Don't get it confused with soda water though.. only TONIC WATER 😉 I sure hope it helps you as much as it has helped others.
