Acupuncture and cranial sacral massage. I had migraines at least once a week and they would last at least three days and this went on for years. Since treatment, I have had none.

I've read high doses of B2, also known as Riboflavin, are good for migraine. Web search this and you'll find lots of articles re: dose.

I just got put on the monthly Emgality shot to prevent migraines. I've been on it almost 2 weeks and have had 1 migraine instead of 8 to 10. It's worth trying it.

I have had migraines for years and if I catch it early by using Excendrin migraine, it can be bearable. Otherwise I go through the pain, then throw up and then sort of pass out till it goes away. But even after all that, I can still have residual pain. I wouldn't wish migraines on my worst enemy!
