I forgot to add that I sometimes get some herbal teas from the grocery store or a health food store that are supposed to help with relaxation and sleep. I do check to try to make sure that they will not be contra indicated with my medications. Wishing you the best!

i dont sleep during the day,, but at night i mix a cocktail which can be as simple as advil and xanex or complex as advil, xanex, baclofen(muscle relaxer), norco (opiate) and even some cbd/thc on top of all that ,,, i do however use small doses and wait at least an hour after taking something to see if im getting the relief i need,,, it has been very windy here and i have been feeling just dredful ,, so the last couple days i have reached for the norco during the day which i really try not to do ( i am 90% successful with just advil and moving during the day )

I’ll use a couple of things . One is my prescription clonazepam. The other is some CBD oil full spectrum that I take. Sorry I don’t have more answers. I do often use guided meditation and some Hypnosis stuff that I listen to off of YouTube. Hope the suggestions are helpful. Best to you!
