Yes I occasionally get finger twitching. Might be due to overused tight shoulder/neck muscles or pure anxiety.

I get them too, just about everyday. I get concerned because I do delicate jewelry making and it gets in the way! It's slowed me down a bit in that regard but it hasn't stopped me! I do some meditation and/or do calming exercises to try to calm it down. Doesn't work all the time but focusing on something positive doesn't hurt!

Yes my hands are a mess. I’m an artist and now I have difficulties even holding a brush some days.

Oh yes. I've tried humor to get past it. It was worse at the beginning.now if I'm holding a choir book for too long, it starts up. I knew it can't be helped by getting upset so I change my grip, or look at anothers book while my hand rests.
