The best supplement I actually found on this website is PEA. PEA will absolutely take away any nerve pain. I have since told other friends who have sciatica, or nerve pain from their back and they have all responded positively. I read a study on it which also proved it's effectivenes, and it explained that PEA is a natural fatty acid in our cells that gets depleted in people with chronic pain.
It takes a while to build back up but some reported relief after 1 week and for me it was 2 weeks. You can find it on Amazon in capsule form or powdered which you place under your tongue and it's absorbed directly into your blood stream bypassing the gut. The study used 400mg 3x a day to start with, which I stayed on for a month and then went to 2x a day for about 5 months. I now take it once a day. There are absolutely no side effects. Do be careful though when looking for it as there is another supplement that also uses the acronym
PEA, and that one is a central nervous system stimulant. Stay away from that one. I would write out the full name of the product to use but it has 20 letters in it and I can never remember it. Gabapentin can be an ugly drug with many side effects, as witnessed on some patients I worked with and when getting their medical histories. This supplement is the best and a Pain specialist that I gave the info on recently stated that he now has some patients using it with success. I'm so grateful I found my info on it on this website while searching for something for pain relief. I then did more research on my own and found the studies on it. Hope it can work for you. Take care. Angela

I find Allegra helps me w body tingling (and fibro brain fog) and that Coq10 gives me needed energy boosts. Aloe vera is good and made me feel great for a while (recommend most natural form like from desert harvest). Only thing is that i already have low blood pressure and i found that lowered it more. But everyone is different and we have to work with specialists to see what works best for us.
Hugs,
Zoes

Yes like Emmaben2 said you can buy GABA from a vitamin store like GNC. It’s actually an amino acid like L Lysine that increases the natural level of calmness in humans. I’ve read articles though that say the GABA we buy isn’t absorbable by our gut so does nothing. But I have talked to people that swear by taking it at night before bed.

You can buy GABA at the health food store. I assume it’s a mineral. It made me antsy so I stopped buying it
