Is There Anything You Use For Burning Skin?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm in a flare up and the burning skin is spreading. It starts in one spots and keeps adding more areas and my doctor says nothing can be done about it.

If you have the correct pain regimen you fibromyalgia symptoms become tolerable..nerve ending help with skin pain.but I'm highly allergic to everything..I required a long term and short term pain med muscle relaxer and anxiety med period..I was 100% bed ridden in severe pain..that regimen in correct dosages gave me some normality. Over years I was able to LOWER AMOUNT IN WARM WEATHER..and cope. Find a new doctor but your in for the fight of your life! 12 years had this 4 years managed, a few partially after that..epidemic hit and sheer neglect and ignorance about Fybromyalgi...it does not have to be so debilitating and painful it is a neurological glitch you controll the symptoms you pretty much control the disease..best of luck warrior..

I just leave it alone as every attempt to relieve to pain irritates it. Touch, air, heath, cold, even movement.

I have burning a lot and surprisingly heat helps. I have an electric heated throw and heating pads. I also use Resonent Botanicals Neuro-sooth, it’s a lotion with essential oils and hemp cbd, it does help. I use their other pain lotions too.
