I Have Decided Against Acupuncture, But I Think I’m Going To Buy A Tens Unit. Has Anyone Used One And Did It Help Your Pain?

@A MyFibroTeam Member Tens Unit does that to me as well it really hurts my nerve endings.
Also I can't have massages either even if they are Therapeutic. Because they are to painful.

@A MyFibroTeam Member many Pharmacies have Tens Machines see if you can try one to see if it hurts or helps you as many of these pharmacies rent them out.

My TENS helps a little with muscle tension but my nerve pain does not help, sometimes irritates.
Start low and find your right target locations.

TENS units do help but only when it’s actually on you. You take it off, the pain comes back. And you’re only supposed to use it for 15+/- minutes at a time.

I have severe muscle spasms and knots so I find the tens great for that type of pain.

i bought an over the counter one,, it worked ok- ish i guess,, the best thing i have found lately for my back pain is a massage table like face cradle that i can attach to my bed ( its frame slips between my mattress and box spring) and i lay on my stomach for about 30 minutes or so
