Does anyone else suffer with tender armpits?

I don't have a rash or lumps but the skin is sore/tender. Anyone else get this?

Members connected over the shared experience of tender, painful armpits without visible signs like rashes or lumps, describing sensations ranging from soreness and burning to pain so severe that wearing clothing or bras becomes unbearable. Several members shared that the pain sometimes radiates into the chest and shoulders, with many noting it comes and goes unpredictably, and some have had mammograms and ultrasounds that thankfully showed nothing abnormal. A recurring theme was the challenge of describing this invisible pain to others, the frustration of dealing with yet another uncomfortable symptom, and the solidarity of knowing they are not alone in this experience.

It felt like they would be sore and red but visually they didn’t look different at all

I have to wear a short sleeve night shirt to bed. If I wear something like a tank top and it rubs my armpits even a little bit, I'm in pain. I get a rash and I'm miserable.
