Yes! Compression socks, sleeves, gloves, back compression (like a back belt but loosened), I have used wrist compression sleeves, and for my knees. Many of the times it does help, I use essential oils together rubbing with any oil to absorb in the tender areas, and for my shoulder support, it helps so much get me through the day. The shoulder support from Amazon, a very light almost like a spandex material has been the most beneficial for me. Compression socks are good, but not for a long period of time, but the arm sleeves, I have been wearing too for about 6 years now, love them. Helps with the pain and when it is cold, the more pain I get, so these sleeves help keep in warmth and pushes on the tender part, kind of feels like a bruise but at the same time feels better than not wearing one. I did a lot of research online about compression everything and experimented until I found what worked best for me. Amazon and Big 5 have the best options I found.
