Need URGENT alternatives to internal vibration (tremors)!

According to my neurologist these internal vibrations occur from my brain. So the neurologist, prescribed me Clonazepam 0.5 mg Tablets for 3 a day. Well, the vibrations (tremors) are persisting or getting worse.

I need alternative recommendations. I believe anxiety ignites or certain physical activity ignites. I am not sure. I asked doctors to rule out heart attack or murmur, but I have not really been yet to a cardiologist.

I have had this for years and I really don’t like it. It’s always in my chest and back and very strong. Feels like my insides are being shaken. All heart tests are normal. Was relieved to hear others have it. Never realized it was another fibro symptom. It’s a strange feeling. πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’™

Agree, It is difficult to manage. What helps a bit is to lay down on the bed in an orderly room which feels like a sanctuary. With as little light in the room as possible and with no TV noises, just darkness, silence, calm surroundings and private. Stretch, breath and unwind.

Proplanolol. Beta blocker
I find it helpful, about 5-10 mg.

Have you ever tried to breath well, slowly in, slowly out and a small wait before you breath in. Do some research yourself on that . In my opinion good breathing is very import to lessen the internal vibrations. Hidden stress is a possibility! All the best.
