Members found relief in knowing they weren't alone in experiencing strange vibrating or pulsating sensations throughout their bodies, describing them as electric currents, internal tremors, or buzzing feelings that occur in specific areas like legs, thighs, pelvic region, and lower back. Several members shared that these sensations are annoying rather than painful, can intensify with stress or fatigue, and seemed to worsen when sitting still or becoming run down. A recurring theme was the validation of shared experience, with many admitting they had never mentioned these symptoms to anyone before due to fear of sounding crazy, and a collective acknowledgment that fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome bring neurological symptoms that doctors often struggle to fully understand.

Yes, I am familiar with what you are talking about and always felt that it was a neurological symptom of which Fibromyalgia is ripe with 'em. Annoying, yes. Do any doctors realize or understand all that we experience? I doubt it.

Hello, if you are crazy then I am crazy as well. I get random muscle twitching and vibrations all over my body. They are not painful just a nuisance.
