I’ve always enjoyed reading. Recently I can’t seem to understand a word of what im reading. I feel like i can understand one sentence, then when i move on to the next I completely forget what i just read. If you have this issue was there anytjing that you did that helped with this issue.

Members connected over the frustrating experience of struggling to read and retain information, with many identifying it as fibro fog, a common cognitive symptom of fibromyalgia that affects memory, concentration, and even eyesight. Several members shared practical coping strategies, including switching to audiobooks, reading less complicated stories or classics, taking breaks when pain flares up, and checking whether medications might be contributing to the problem. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of losing a once-loved hobby, with members offering solidarity and reassurance that symptoms can come and go unpredictably.

Yes, could be fybro fog. I'd just make sure it is not a side effect of a med. Especially if your on a nerve ending. If its fybro fog or should subside then start again later like all it's random crazy symptoms.
