Hi Everyone,
I have been doing my usual research and came across an article saying that Glucosamine and Methylsufomethane pills can help with fibro pain. I am going to buy some and test this theory out. Has anyone else tried these?

I know that glucosamine and chondroitin are good for joint pain. It actually lubricates the joint and it works after a few days. Don't know about the particular combo, though. Happy Vets Day.

I used to use glucosamine and chondroitin and it really did help my joints. I think I’ll try it again. I’m not sure about
Methylsufomethane.

I take glucosamine everyday I also take magnesium with fibro we tend to use more of this mineral because of the pain. I also take kelp, D3 I was told by my doctor the best time to take them is at night when our body can absorb it more it does work I think if I didn't take them I would be a whole lot worse.

I take it for my knees. It helps the joint pain and arthritis but can't say it did anything for my other pain.
