Epsom salt baths with lavender helps.
Cherrillio, try bone broth.
Fill crockpot with meat bones (poultry, beef, pork not all together just all of one kind)
2 carrots roughly chopped
3 stalks celery roughly chopped
2 onions roughly chopped
5-6 parsley stems
1 sprig thyme
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Add enough water to cover all the bones
Bring to boil, cover and reduce to low for 18-24 hours.
Strain the broth discard the solids. Keep the gelatinous goo which has all the good stuff like glucosamine and calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium, in a more easily absorbed form.
You can drink this broth as well as cook with it. Any time a recipe calls for broth or water you can use this instead.
I take Meloxicam 15 mg otherwise known as Mobic. It gives me good relief. Celebrex doesn't even look at me.
Sorry you can't take ibuprofen. It really helps me. But I also take glucosamine chondroitin and fish oil
