Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing achy hands in response to the original question, with many describing the pain as a frustrating symptom of fibromyalgia often accompanied by cold hands, swollen feelings when barometric pressure changes, and joint pain that some doctors attribute to arthritis or tendinitis. Several members shared practical remedies that have brought them relief, including soaking hands in warm water with Epsom salts, using emu oil or essential oils like eucalyptus mixed with a carrier oil, trying stress balls for joint mobility, and one member noting that Allegra helped stop tingling and itching. A recurring theme was the importance of avoiding repetitive hand movements, recognizing flare-up warning signs like body-wide coldness and achiness, and offering each other compassionate support through the shared experience of living with unpredictable and often misunderstood pain.

Yes. I sometimes get itchiness in my hands. I also get tingling in my limbs and body.

I recently discovered that Allegra helps w that.
Apparently in addition to being a histamine blocker, it helps w skin conditions such as itching, so I tried.

For me, it stopped the tingling altogether.
