Hi everyone,

This is a hard symptom to describe, but I've noticed my forearms get painful and fatigued extremely easily when I've done small activities like playing guitar, or lifting a folding table for example. It's to the point where my hands start to shake after certain activities because my muscles in my forearms are so weak. I never had this before 2-3 months ago. It really freaks me out and makes me scared to do basic activities that might bring on the shaking. Does anyone else… read more

Members connected deeply over a question about new forearm weakness and shaking after simple activities, with nearly everyone affirming they experience similar frightening symptoms including muscle fatigue, pain, trembling, and even muscle wasting that has forced many to abandon activities they once loved. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped them manage the symptoms, including wearing carpal tunnel or compression braces (particularly the Futuro brand from Kroger), taking breaks during activities, and using wrist supports to reduce strain. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of watching your body change unpredictably, the fear that comes with each new symptom, and the grief of losing physical abilities, balanced by the relief of knowing you are not alone in this experience.

Yes I do. The more I use my hands the more my arm and hands bother me. My hands get achy and it’s like a shooting pain down my arms to my fingers. I found that wrist braces and the compression ones for your hands help so much.

yes, my arms I think are the worse besides my back with arthritis. I can't lift as much as I use to or hold things for long.

I haven't looked into them yet, but I might! Where can you find them?

My forearms ache . Get restless and jumpy . Noticing it more and more but relived it's not just me . Also my little fingers feel swollen at the joints and painful to bend . Could this be connected to the arm pain . Love and hugs to you all
