Knee Caps Shifting
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

My knees are one of my main trigger points with fibro, particularly if i over stretch them! Does anyone have problems with their knees caps shifting? Horrid sensation and can send me off my feet at times😕🙈

Hello to everyone, I posted on here the other day about myself having knee problems like alot of you are, I was advised to use Flexiseq cream (maximum strength) because it is an organism which attracts fluid to necessary parts of your bodily joints.

I definitely have difficulty with my knees locking up, spasming, soreness, etc. I dislocated both kneecaps in my late teens early twenties, and was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees as well, so I attributed the pain to that for a long time. I'm only just now beginning to understand the umbrella of fibromyalgia, and the multitude of symptoms and interactions that are at play underneath it.
When my knees get very bad, I massage them with Tiger Balm, and sometimes (counterintuitively) a short walk gets them loosened up again.

When everything first started, my knees were so bad, I had to get braces with metal in them for me to be able to walk. The doctor said it was patella femeral. I don't know if all our knee pain is the same but we all have knee pain soooo ... might be from the fibro. I'm guessing. It's where the muscle is pulling ur knee caps down. Very very painful at times but now am doing much better. :) See if u can get P.T or go once to get the excersizes. I'm thinking/hoping the more you move, the better, even though it can be the most/worst pain. :/ We have a horrible biotch of a disease and it can swollow us up whole if we don't fight together♡♡♡ hugs from afar. I hope you get answers and things start to get better for you. Go to a bone doctor if you can for them. ;)
