I feel it does get worse w time and age
I feel the same way especially in the morning. The fatigue really gets me down. I also struggle with severe back pain and leg pain daily. I have had five back surgeries and some days are so bad. I have had fibromyalgia since 1986. I know how we who have fibromyalgia really suffer and the only people who understand are the people who have it. Our fibro family are wonderful and we can help one another with what has helped us. Take care God Bless all of us who are trying to make the best of it. Love to all. Elaine
i empathize with you. so much. it is a lot learning to deal with a flare- especially when you feel like you've learned so much about your triggers and all of a sudden, a flare hits you & you can't even trace back to a source. asking for help and affirmations during a flare has been crucial for me- I'm glad you're reaching out here. I'm sorry i don't have more help to offer just empathy.

I was diagnosed in August 2016 but have had the symptoms since I was about 15. I'm 49 now. It's frustrating but the more you go with it and listen to your body, it helps you heaps. Such is the price we pay for enjoying life ๐๐๐ฆ
