I have a pain on theouter edge of my right knee coming from the middle of my knee abd it goes right up to my groin anybody else have this

Try Tumeric supplement and potassium or banana a day. Those are really great for anti-inflammatory and joint/nerve pain reliever.

I have terrible pain on the inner parts of my knees and hurts terrible when i press them.
