I haven’t decided whether to get the flu shot this year.
My Doctor said that I am more likely to get the side effects because of the fibromyslgia.
However, If I get sick from the flu, it will be more severe. Not sure which eay to go on this.

Definitely get the Flu Shot it will help protect You, because having Fibromyalgia also causes you to have a low immune system, and it is at least better to protect Yourself against getting it too severely especially with pneumonia.

Glad you got your flu shot. The sore arm was no worse than any other shot for me. As you say, the flu is far worse.💉💉😷

Just got one this morning! This thread is what gave me courage to do so. For years the thought of intentionally causing pain to the muscles in my arm with Fibro terrified me. But now I am really glad I had courage to do it! It really wasn’t that bad. Little sore but I would much prefer this over getting sick. Thanks for the encouragement!
