Yes. I thought they were ingrown hairs at first. Come to find out, I have keratosis pilaris. I exfoliate using an Italy towel (aka a Korean towel), Dove body scrub, and then use CeraVe lotion or Eucerin lotion ‘for rough skin.’ Those lotions are designed to help With KP. Seems to work pretty flippin’ well for me :) Good Luck!
