I'm afraid CBD oil is not legal every where. Idaho, South Dakota, and Nebrsks all cannabis products are illegal and according to Google the laws vary from state to state. For myself, CBD oil is so effective I would personally throw caution to the wind and get my hands on the stuff. Right now, CBD oil is the only reason I can type this note. I have very bad arthritis in my hands along with carpal tunnel syndrome, degenerative joint disease, and fibro crippled me for many years because I haven't been able to use my hands to do anything. It seems as if CBD oil stopped arthritis. My hands may be misshaped but they don't hurt. It used to feel as if I had ground glass in the joints of my fingers.

CBD is the part that deals with pain. It is harvested from Hemp plants and is legal in all states. You can have it shipped over state lines. There are no hallucinogens in this.
Check out Strava Craft Coffee online. It is infused with CBD.

I recently took a trip to Texas where they are still sending people to jail for marijuana.
I was really hurting and misersble after several days. I had opioids available, but it wasn’t working.Plus I am trying to get off them.
Interestingly, a relative quietly offered me his marijuana vape pen to help me get through the sixteen day trip. It made all the difference. I had a great time, without the suffering. So in the middle of Texas, i found a benevolent angel.

Medical marijuana is the best thing for fibromyalgia. It decreases the pain and allows you restful restorative sleep. No side effects for me.
I suggest you educate yourself about medical marijuana because there are hundreds of strains.
I also always use a combination of CBD and THC for the best results.
Capsules and edibles can take hours to works, but a pleasant way to ingest. I also bake my own cookies(cheaper).
Smoking or vaping work quickly. I am not a smoker, so I did a lot of hacking and coughing at first.
I have decreased the amount of meds dramaticly since I started using cannabis. My pain management doctor is fully supportive.
