@A MyFibroTeam Member, you are entitled to your opinion and if you choose to suffer through the pain with no medication that is your right. You do not have the right to come on this site and ridicule others for taking medication for pain. I believe that God has given us some medications to deal with the pain and if it helps me feel better so I can get out of bed and function in any capacity that is my right. There are a lot of great people on here and we do not deserve your ridicule. If you have uplifting ways to help others with their pain we are all ears and you are welcome here, but I won't listen to your ridicule of others for taking pain medication.
I blocked her,so I don't see it now. It was earlier in this list of postings. She had posted twice how it was bad to take meds because it's poison and how she didn't take meds. They may have removed them. I just felt like she was very accusatory of people who do and she didn't need to be acting like that here.
Marajuana has many benefits for someone with fibromyalgia. I use it for sleep and pain mostly and it has been quite helpful. I agree with @A MyFibroTeam Member that indica works best for our symptoms; sativa does not help with sleep, it actually makes your hyper. I ve also tried cbd but i find it to best less effective than smoking it. CBD oil does not contain any psychoactives so it will not make you feel high, it is more like a supplement. Good luck
I live in Arizona and we have medical marijuana. I went to a mmj Dr who set me up with my card. Then I just go to the dispensary and buy what I need. The people at the dispensary will help you with your condition and what to take. I have found that Indica is best for my pain. It's also the one that helps with sleep.
I use indica syrup and that does take away the pain. I have taken sativa but it didn't seem to do much for pain.
