I read that a vibration machine that you place your foot onto helps relieve a lot of pain, and not only in the legs but overall. I am still farely active, but restricted. If I do a little more than usual I am laid up on the couch like I have the flu. I am noticing the worsening of my leg pain and stiffness with each flare up I have and thought this may help.
I am very sensitive to vibrations, they make my nerves and mind go crazy and I feel unwell within seconds. This happens even with the radio on in the car or if my kids are jumping on the bed next to me. It is horrible. I don't think I could handle a machine like this. But it does sound interesting.
I thought i was being a nagging Nana because my grands kick the sofa on the side and makes me go from nice to not so nice in 2 seconds. Thank you for sharing that. I cant a handle re petative sounds. Clicks rings whistles.... Makes me instant in sane..
I recently got an air compression massager for my feet, shins, and thighs.
It helps with night time shin pain and feels good.
I even tried Dr Ho's Tens machine but didn't help. Yet it works for others. We're all different.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I have my grands a lot. I love them dearly but the noises they make just put me up the wall. I feel so guilty because they are kids. Thats what kids do. Like right now my wjndow is open and the street noise has me stressed.. Nuts. But if i could stay in complete silence i would be happy.
