Have you had your Vitamin B12 levels checked? I’m going to do that as apparently a vitamin B12 deficiency can cause severe fatigue and paresthesia. If it’s really low injections can be given for this. Good luck with the D Ribose Debra. I hope it helps you πŸ’•

I've never tried it they say it could help in chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Because it helps muscles. The reason why I haven't tried it yeah to be very careful if you're diabetic now I don't take much medicine for it only glyburide. But that levels my blood sugar and this medicine d ribose can cause low blood sugar. So diabetics should watch out for this. Can't hurt to try it for you I wish you all the best. Theresa 🌞

I tried it for about 3 months and felt no difference at all. It seems to work for some though. It’s worth a try πŸ˜€
