Anyone Been Told They May Have Leaky Gut?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

“Leaky Gut” seems to be in the news a lot in the last few years. I have started seeing a Naturopathic Doctor and she thinks this may be contributing to many of the “Fibro” symptoms, at the very least my digestive issues (IBS). I’ve read up on it and surprise, surprise yet another condition that the western medical community does not recognize as a legitimate condition. This ND is very sensible and I think she may be on to something. So, anyone else been told they have Leaky Gut and if so, what… read more

It is called Biofilm that has bacteria in it..it is microscopic bugs that secrete a slimy film in the coating of your stomach...They interfere with healthy food etc...Cleaner foods are pineapple, papaya, mango. Raw honey, bananas, avacadoes, Sauerkraut, ginger, all veggies... Broccoli, lentils, raspberries, Artichokes, whole grains, apples, almonds, pistachios, Greek yogurt..select a few to eat with meal....drink lots of water and EXERCISE...walking etc.I have been doing this and I have seen a huge difference...Google What is Biofilm...Pass this on good luck🤸‍♂️💟🤗

@A MyFibroTeam Member, Leaky gut syndrome is a digestive condition that affects the lining of the intestines. In leaky gut syndrome, gaps in the intestinal walls allow bacteria and other toxins to pass into the bloodstream. Many doctors and healthcare professionals do not recognize leaky gut syndrome (LGS) as a diagnosable condition.Aug 21, 2019

I think I have it.
I drank only cucumber and celery juice for the days last week, plus extra water and a few salad leaves. I felt clearer headed and my tummy pain reduced.
Eating normally this week, I have increased pain and bloating. I have diverticulitis too. That and IBS are miserable.
I'm just about to order another three days worth of celery and cucumber so I can repeat it this week.
I wish you all well, love and hugs 💞🦋🐦🦋

Go to your health food store and look for George's Aloe Vera Drink. It has all the benefits, none of the taste. But you do get use to the taste

Everyone with Fibromyalgia should be trying to heal their guts. Most of our symptoms come from an unhealthy and leaky gut.
The latest treatment I’m doing is Pure Aloe Vera Gel (250ml), L-Glutamine (5ml), NAG (500 mg pill) and pineapple juice to flavour every morning on an empty stomach. Digestive enzymes with each meal and daily doses of Prebiotics and Probiotics.
I’ve used this product in the past specifically made to heal the gut and intestinal linings, good product to get started.
