Dose anyone else find there aniexty and depression is worse the day before a Flare up.i have noticed the last 3.maybe more times. The day before my. Fibro flares up. I have such a.very Low sad. Mood for no real reason. Its. Like. You mind knows your going to have a flare up. Im just trying to control. My fibro.

Yes. Similar to PMS but less kill all the things and more all the things are gonna kill me

Honestly I haven’t been paying attention to that but since you’ve brought it up I’ll definitely try to be more aware. I do know that I have a lot of mood swings. And, I sometimes bite my husband’s head off. Thankfully, he is used to it and I apologize afterwards. And, happens more often when I’m hurting more than my usual that day.

Hi MartinaL,
Yes, my pain moves to other places in my body
Fibro Flare leaves me exausted, hurt all over
(even my hair hurts lol)
The weather is one cause and the barometric pressure.
