Thera Cane
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone heard of or used a Thera Cane before? I went to physical therapy for the first time this morning, and my PT let me try one out. It seems kind of effective. Just wondering if anyone else had experience to share?

Yes, I have two of them. It is painful so I can't use it for very long, but I am glad that I have them. I also use a back vibrator. It kinda has the same effect but I can use it for a long time. However, the next day I will hurt worse. Hope it helps you.

I got a Theracane when I was in the pain clinic many years ago. I use it often and have since bought several others that are shaped a bit differently so I can reach different areas more easily. I think it's a great help when a muscle cramps or is just really sore. I can massage it with just the amount of pressure that I can tolerate. I keep one by my chair.
