I like the purple mattress when I'm on it, but when I get off the bed I'm sore. I can't tell if that's gonna happen with any mattress because fibro, or if it's the mattress itself not being a good fit. Do you guys think any bed will be this way or should I return the bed?

Well, I do sleep well. It's just the part where I get out of the bed and feel sore after. The purple mattress has a gel layer and is meant to take pressure off your joints
Never tried one. I tried a sleep number bed 30 years ago and have never gone back.
If the soreness is new then it’s not good.
I’ve bought beds where I hurt for the first weeks and it really only got a little better as the weeks wore on, and then I was stuck with the bed. I bought the serta bed in soft, and slept great from the first night on. My daughter too, she also has fibromyalgia.some on here also got the adjustable frame with it. Make sure you return it in time of warrantee.💗
Update: I realized that every day/night a different mattress is more comfortable than the other. I keep alternating between mattresses in the house. So my conclusion is that I should just go with a sleep number. I will be returning the purple mattress. I think it's a good mattress but not a good fit for a fibro warrior
