I developed a cervical kyphosis or a backwards bend of the neck vertebre a couple years ago. Its getting to the point now that just touching the back of neck you can feel each vertebre. I cant pick my head up 100% with out seeing spota and pain and i swear my neck os getting shorter. Does anyone else deal with this? How do you cope with it?
My chiropractor said he could possibly bend it back some but i cant afford going 2 to 3 times a week for 4 months to have the full adjustment he wants to do.
I just found out i have this and i swear it is getting more painful and more stiff but my doctors arent doing anything about it.. its painful!
