Could be gallstones??...One may have lodged into the bile duct. Maybe it passed through and/or dislodged itself? You dont need to have large gallstones to have issues, small ones can be just as troublesome. If your pain continues, even if it is intermittent, I would suggest u go back to your doctor and ask for an ultra sound to check it out..it could be something else. Just sharing out of my own experience.
to me it sound like Costochondritiis which is another part of fib
if you want to me google it hope this helps
Definitely go and see your Doctor and ask for a ultrasound scan of your gallstones and check for kidney stones as well, just to be on the safe side.
When I have had a gallstone attack the pain is horrendous but I had to lay down as well, and throwing up as well.

I'd definitely get it checked out but I have had the same thing. When I had my gallbladder and it flared on one occasion, iI truly thought I was having a heart attack. You should get it checked. God bless. Hope you feel better. πβ€
