It hurts to be touched. A breeze across your skin hurts, or tempertures variation on the skin.
It is validating to put an offical name to what you are experiencing.

If you google size G bras you will find several sources in big box stores
Even amazon!
They have come out with a new model with wraps to the front. No wires
Check it out!

On my worst days, I feel like I hate any part of my body being touched or touching another surface. Even in bed...I can't find a way to put my arms where my elbows don't hurt just touching the sheets :(

I use pillows to prop my arms and legs. Works wonders
Never ever wear a bra with underwire.
