This might help some people to comprehend what tinnitus is like, and help others to not feel alone. Mine is pitched higher than this but it is as constant, and I use fans too, also I am able to listen to audio books. They do not lessen the noise, they simply help me to focus on something BESIDES the "ringing" or "constant shrieking" noise I live with.

Oh that Tinnitus drives me crazy some nights when everything else is quiet it sounds like blaring saxophones in my ears. I also have the feeling of plugged up ears. Both started right after my injury that caused my Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Syndrome. My ears ring 24/7. I can usually block it out but some days are worse than others.

Had all those. There was this coworker that whenever she talks even when she was a distance away from me, that I couldn't stand it. It was a certain pitch I guess in her voice. It would just hit my ears !
Also the clog or him would be as if I was swimming and came up for air, that's how my ears would feel like !

Yes! When it gets really bad I pit a cap of hydrogen peroxide in one ear and tilt to the opposite side, then repeat with the others ear. Then clean out what bubbles out. And take 50 mgs to reduce ear canal swelling and fluid build up
