Yes, my ears ring at night when I’m laying in bed and also first thing when I wake up. Sometimes very loud and almost makes noises sound muffled. It’s such a weird thing. I hear it can be BP changes too.

I’ve been playing drums for a very long time. The ringing in my ears now is like what the ringing would be like after a concert. However, this ringing started on its own after not having played in a long time. I’ve read some “theories” about viruses that mess with nerves and especially the nerves in the inner ear causing the ringing.

I feel like I have a marching band going off in my ears. Usually it’s a high whining sound in one ear, and more of a hum in the other plus a few other noises going on. At one point I thought I might be hallucinating because I could hear a car horn going off under my bedroom window. I live in the middle of our property and there’s no access for a car there. I also here music, singing, marching band. I was incredibly relieved to find out this can happen if you have tinnitus. I’m pretty sure I have this because as a young teenager I had migraines and there was no real treatment except for aspirin and there were days when I went overboard with eating them, hoping that they would kill the pain or kill me.

It would be interesting to see if anyone else has tinnitus attributed to fibro.

I get ringing in the ears to, from time to time. At night, when I'm laying down, it's more of a rhythmic pattern - like Morse Code, it's really weird. I've had it for years, but never considered it could be from the Fibro. Though given how many others also have it, it could be one of those associated conditions. One more to add to the list.

I have had ringing in my ears for over 10 yrs and it is getting louder all the time
