Sometimes the pain runs to my shoulder. But all on the right side. Any ideas?
have you tried trigger point tools? I tend to stretch and use peppermint oil, also magnesium has helped my rib pain.
That's good your getting a pool. Will help loads😊 yes I get random pains in my ribs and side. Swimming is especially good for my back pain. I get shoulder pain but less often.
I get the same pain in my right shoulder when my cycle is coming and that happened for 2.5 yrs and then after I got the mirena IUD, it stopped. It was the weirdest thing and no dr could make sense of it. They told me there was no connection but I don't believe much they have to say. My faith in medicine has dwindled to a speck..
