I have heel pain in one foot. It’s pretty extreme most days I have it, but some I don’t. Worse when I walk on it. Tingly, burny, achy. Anyone else? It’s a bummer because we are on vacation and it’s pretty much been throbbing on a daily basis. I heard fibro flares up during travel. So maybe that’s why it’s been so bad. It’s scare of course to have constant foot pain. So I wanted to see if anyone else has it too? Thanks :) :(

Members rallied around someone experiencing severe heel pain during vacation, with many identifying plantar fasciitis as a common culprit in fibromyalgia that causes throbbing, burning, and tingling sensations. Several members shared practical relief strategies, including daily stretching exercises like flex-and-point movements and calf stretches, using a tennis ball to massage the foot, wearing supportive shoes with special insoles in both feet, applying arnica cream, and avoiding going barefoot. A recurring theme was the frustration of persistent pain that comes and goes unpredictably, with some members noting that even cortisone injections or consistent massage provide only temporary relief before symptoms return.

yes but it's caused from planter fassa which is caused by a tight calf. for your heal do this a few times a day sit do flex and point ten times each time do it do angle rolls ten each way twice a day. stand hold back of chair and put one with bad heal in back and bend other knee go back and forth so a streaches it out. then use a tennis and roll from top of foot to heal five times. Massage your heal with arinca helps.

plantar fasciitis is quite common in FM. It's one of the most common causes of heel pain. Maybe it's what you have, if you want to read about it online. Feel better soon, and enjoy your vacation.
