My husband is retiring from the military very shortly. He has been offered jobs at a couple of locations and we are trying to decide on our "forever home" which is a huge dream for the military family. My husband wants to keep in mind my condition in deciding so I'd like some advice. We could stay in southern Missouri or move to either 1) Amarillo, TX 2) Charlotte, NC 3) a couple of locations in Florida. Any advice on a location where weather,etc. may influence my pain levels
I live in Richmond va and I know NC is close to my weather. I do ok but I do get times where the weather hurts. Looking at your choices I would go to NC
Florida might be high in humidity for you. Arizona is hot and dry most of time, depending where I guess. I do know that some people with Fibro have moved to Arizona because of better weather for them.
I Agree with Leslie.. warm...and no humidity
Watch humidity levels, clean air, and constant changing temperatures...hopefully someone from one of those states on here will reply.
if you live in a hot area and able to tolerate go there I lived in FLORIDA it isn't much different there as the CAROLINAS the choices need to look at depend on medical care search this before making your decision
