I didn't realize until I came off of Lyrica did I realize that it held me hostage in a fog for the duration of my time on it. I have more cognitive abilities with Gabapentin.

Before I knew I had fibro, I didn't know what to do about the muscle spasms or what was causing them. I took showers when they got bad. I knew that what I was feeling wasn't physically real, so I wanted to show my system what a real sensation was. It helped for nearly two years.

Yes, and sometimes in the daytime. That kind of comes and goes.

I can't take Lyrica... I gain weight like crazy. So NO meds at all here..... I take long Hot showers. Do you sweat at night also?
