Medical Marijuana
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I live in a state that doesn’t offer marijuana as a treatment for chronic illness so how can l get what l need ? I’ve tried the CBD oil but l believe that smoking it works best for me should l have move to another state that offers it .

I understand what you are saying. I have been going thru some things at home and as a result my pain increased. I have a friend that is going thru severe spinal pain that lives in Florida. My friend boasts about the help she gets from being able to both smoke and ingest marijuana because it is allowed in her state. I have considered moving there just so I would get the chance to try it myself, but my family would not be willing to do that so I will just suffer until my state becomes legal.

I am not sure if you have tried it yet, however I tried the CBD oil with extremely high hopes, and it didn't do anything for the pain levels at all. I also tried smoking it for the pain, and apart from the fact that I just feel way more relaxed, the pain is still there. Other people however have had great results with it, so I suppose it ll depends on the person system.

Good luck. :)
