I have finally seen a migraine specialist and he has recommended Botox injections to reduce my 24/7 chronic migraines.
I truly appreciate any feedback on this including side effects if any.
I have had Botox injections for migraines for probably a year so it's every 3 months it's about 32 shots just under your skin all the way around your crown and down each side of your neck and I don't like needles!! but to have no headache (it lasted 9 weeks) was wonderful!!! Thank God my insurance pays for it! Then we had a problem -we've changed my insurance a little with the new contract and I didn't have it for months and I suffered! I just had it two weeks ago again! God is good!! Go for it!
I used to do botox, but had a bad reaction to the second set, that put me in the hospital.
However, it works wonders for most people.
Sending gentle ghost hugs to all.......

yes, works but for me, expensive
P.S. I drove myself there after work and put an ice pack on when I left -no big deal! And I'm a real baby when it comes to needles -I just close my eyes and I don't look and I dig my nails into the palms of my hand! But it's really not that bad! That's it got to go!
