Calming The Stress Response

I find it hard to calm and relax. I create lists to do things to sort. Very reactive and active to stressors, not being able to find the lid of a pan stresses me out and want to sort the whole kitchen out. @A MyFibroTeam Member I have just started CBD oil and looking at your other suggestions now thank you😊. How do you use them? on the skin like a massage or as a supplement? And are they light weight do you use all of them at the same time as substitutes or just choose one or two? 🧡💐
