Calming The Stress Response

I find it hard to calm and relax. I create lists to do things to sort. Very reactive and active to stressors, not being able to find the lid of a pan stresses me out and want to sort the whole kitchen out. Although I need to rest having muscle soreness and fatigue nowadays. Does anyone experience this and knows ways to manage to calm the highly active stress response? I have all the time in the world now but just cannot calm myself and sit watch TV like normal people do for chilling… read more
