sometimes feels like I've broken my foot across the instep. I found 2 things, I can't walk barefoot anymore--always need to wear shoes with good arch support and if they still bother me--stretch my calves because they're usually so tight that it's pulling all the way down into my ankles and feet
@A MyFibroTeam Member yeah I do and it's horrid when you can't walk probably and trying to hide your pain walking or standing for to long don't help I get pins and needles and numbness as well
Very achy, especially at the end of the day....
All the time and the more I’m on my feet the worse it is
I had horrible foot pain. They felt extremely cold and/or a hot burning sensation, but when touching them they were normal temperature. Also I had this buzzing sensation, I can only describe it like if you zapped yourself with electricity without stopping. They felt this way all the time for about 6 mos. And it was very painful. I finally got an appointment with neurologist. He said, yes, this is your nerves over reacting. They continue to fire without ever stopping. That's why I take the nortriptylene. We got me up to a dose that worked at calming them down. I no longer have that type of pain. I do have sore ankles and feet ache from working all week. The only thing that helps this is to be horizontal, sleep and rest on the weekends, and to put them up when sitting. Hugs to all!
