I buy the second one, the blue box that contains 48 patches, and I usually cut them in half when using them. In my hometown, there is a drug store that regularly sells this product on sale, and it is only for around 5.00 USD. Whenever I am back in Japan, I make a bulk purchase for one year and ship them to my house in the U.S. If I'm not able to go to Japan once a year, I send money and have my family member send them to me. We usually use sea mail, so it takes 3-4 months to get to the U.S., but the shipping fee is 1/3 cheaper.

I love the Tiger Balm patches and rub. It's pretty cheap to which is a plus

Walmart will deliver, there are so many things that you can get from Walmart delivery that you can usually get free delivery. I have used the patches periodically with my right back and hip pain. It does help but I have so many areas that I end up with a ton of patches. I use a lot of biofreeze. I slather it all over. Rub it in good and let it soak in. I buy that on Amazon in packs of 3.
